Developed by Kronos Homes and signed by the Spanish studio Morph Estudio, this development stands out for its dynamic architectural lines, generous balconies and harmonious integration between interior and exterior, creating spaces that breathe natural light and provide a unique relationship with the Tejo River.

Comprising four 14-storey towers, DISTRIKT offers 214 flats ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, designed in detail to meet the needs of a modern, functional and elegant lifestyle. The project also includes communal areas with raised gardens, swimming pools and solariums, promoting well-being and quality of life for residents in one of Lisbon's most innovative and dynamic neighbourhoods.

To equip the bathrooms in this landmark project, OLI74 PLUS SIMFLEX in-wall cisterns were installed, a reliable and silent solution recognised for its water efficiency and versatility of installation, guaranteeing excellent performance in all working conditions.

Bathrooms also have BOUND flush plates, which add a touch of sophistication and modernity to the space. With its minimalist and elegant design, BOUND blends harmoniously into the interior architecture, offering intuitive user interaction through its smooth and silent operation. Available in different finishes, this hob provides a contemporary detail that elevates the aesthetics of the environment, in tune with DISTRIKT's architectural language.
