The Student Experience Pozuelo is one of the most innovative university residences in Europe, located in Madrid, Spain. It presents a new concept in student accommodation that combines comfort, functionality and sustainability.

Comprising 600 fully furnished studios, each with a private bathroom and balcony, the residence is designed for university students and other academic and professional audiences. OLI supplied the EXPERT PLUS SANITARBLOCK in-wall cisterns and iPlate white flush plates, ensuring a discreet, efficient solution adapted to the project's high quality standards.

Located in one of Madrid's greenest areas, the complex stands out for its contemporary architecture, with a strong emphasis on integration with the environment and the well-being of its residents. In addition to the accommodation, the residence offers a wide range of differentiating features and spaces, including:

• An interior courtyard with swimming pool;

• Multifunctional study and leisure rooms;

• A fully equipped gymnasium and a 900 metre athletics track that surrounds the entire building;

• A rooftop paddle tennis court;

• A car park with electric bikes and a carsharing service;

• 24-hour security, every day of the week.

With energy certification A, the residence incorporates sustainable practices such as rainwater recovery, green roofs, charging stations for electric vehicles and around 1000 m² of solar panels, reinforcing its commitment to energy efficiency and reducing its environmental footprint.

OLI's participation in this project is yet another example of its ability to support architectural projects with high technical and aesthetic standards, contributing to reliable and sustainable sanitary solutions.
