Located in the heart of the Recoleta neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Alley by Jack Green is an innovative and sustainable residential project designed by the renowned French AS Architecture Studio. Developed in a unique location on a 140 metre-long plot linking Sánchez de Bustamante and Billinghurst streets, the development stands out for its contemporary architecture and unique urban typology.

Made up of three volumes - the Sánchez de Bustamante building, the Billinghurst building and a charming stepped walkway that crosses the manzana - the project combines a modern, cosmopolitan style with the intimate and cosy atmosphere of a typical Parisian walkway. This concept is reinforced by the creation of green spaces and communal areas that promote the well-being of residents and the surrounding community.

OLI was one of the brands chosen to equip the bathrooms in this landmark project, providing highly efficient sanitary solutions that combine innovation, design and water saving - in line with the values of sustainability and quality that define Alley by Jack Green.
