The Palácio dos Condes de Caria, located in the prestigious Quinta das Laranjeiras in Lisbon, is a historic 18th-century building and an integral part of the city’s heritage. Recently, it underwent a comprehensive restoration and was transformed into a luxury residential development.

The project comprises 13 exclusive apartments, set within a private condominium featuring a protected centenary garden, swimming pool, gym and a range of modern amenities, all while preserving the unique identity and heritage elements of the palace and its gardens.

To ensure comfort, functionality and design in the bathrooms of this development, OLI products were specified: METAL DD chrome, BLINK gold and INO-X 02 matte flush plates, as well as OLI74 PLUS DIRECT in-wall cisterns in both pneumatic and mechanical versions.
