Assistance Type

Please, pay attention that, in case of a On Site intervention, in which the product is no longer under warranty or in case that the malfunction is due to misuse, there will be costs related to the intervention (displacement and labour) and eventually materials necessary for the repair, which must be borne by the contact person at the end of the intervention.

(1) For warranty purposes, the date of the sales invoice to the final customer should be considered or the date of the registration of the house, in the case of a new house, regardless of the manufacturing date of the article or sales date to the resellers � attach a scan of the document.
